We take great pride in packaging it discretely, all our bags are highest durability smell proof & moisture control Mylar bags. It is FDA Approved & kosher. It is BPA, TSE Sulfer & Pthalates free. It will be shipped discretely with no description and no indication of what is inside.
If you do not get your package 48 hours after expected arrival date, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will file a trace with Canada Post to find the package. If Canada Post cannot locate the package, we will send you a replacement package for free.
Please note: we do not provide refund or partial-refund if your package arrives late due to Canada Post issues.
A tracking number is emailed to you after we send out your package. If you can’t find it online or it is not updated, please give it a day or two for it to show up. If Canada Post website still has not updated 48 hours after we have sent you your tracking number, please email us at email@example.com and we will file a trace with Canada Post.
